I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate in Washington State, dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized care. I earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwest University and hold a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Arizona State University. Before pursuing counseling, I gained valuable experience working in both healthcare and educational settings, which deepened my understanding of diverse client needs.
My Approach
I believe that every individual is unique, and therapy should be a collaborative process tailored to your specific goals. My approach is client-centered, ensuring you feel heard, empowered, and in control of your healing journey. I incorporate evidence-based techniques such as:
- Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT)
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
- Motivational Interviewing (MI)
My expertise includes working with individuals facing trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief, eating disorders/body dysmorphia, and identity issues. Whether you're seeking healing, clarity, or personal growth, I am here to walk alongside you every step of the way.
Supporting Children & Families
In addition to working with adults, I have extensive experience supporting children as young as two years old. With a strong background in child development, I provide age-appropriate therapy that incorporates art, play, and creative interventions to foster healing in a natural and engaging way. I also work closely with families, helping to rebuild trust, strengthen parent-child relationships, and create open, honest communication within the home.
A Safe & Supportive Space
No matter where you are on your journey, I offer a compassionate, strengths-based environment where you can explore, heal, and take meaningful steps toward your goals. You don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone—I’m here to support you.
