Outside of her professional life, Erin enjoys reading and hiking, which help her maintain a balanced and fulfilling life. Emily is in her final year of the online Master of Social Work program at Grand Canyon University. Previously, she earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology and Spanish from Brigham Young University. She has experience working as a school social worker with children in elementary schools, and as a mentor for youth in a residential treatment center for anxiety and OCD.
Emily welcomes all clients, including children, youth, and adults. She strives to create a safe and empathic space where she can help her clients to help themselves through a Person-Centered approach to therapy.
Emily grew up in Colorado, but made Utah her home after attending BYU where she met her husband of 3 years in the marching band. She loves being outdoors, including camping, hiking, skiing, and exploring national parks. She spends her free time cuddling with her cats, watching The Office, playing board games, and making flowers for her Etsy shop.

Availability changes weekly, but in most cases we are able to schedule an appointment for you the same day you reach out to us with a therapist based on your goals. Usually the earliest we can book appointments are 48 hours out.
