I am Liz Harding, a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a deep belief in the inherent goodness and strengths of every individual. With a warm and collaborative approach, I empower my clients to take charge of their healing journey, honoring them as the true experts in their own lives. I am passionate about creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients of all ages can explore, grow, and thrive.

I specialize in working with children (ages 5-12)adults, and families, helping them navigate challenges such as ADHD (child and adult)trauma-related behaviors (including PTSD)adjustment disordersanxietydepressiongriefanger, and behavioral disorders. Meet Chelsea BriarLMSW

Chelsea Briar is a dedicated and compassionate mental health professional with extensive experience working in partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient settings. She has supported adults grappling with substance use disorders and at-risk adolescents facing co-occurring mental health and substance abuse challenges. Chelsea is deeply committed to empowering individuals on their healing journeys, believing that “All of the resources you need to triumph over your pain are already inside of you. It’s my job to help you find them. This is your healing journey, and it may get dark at times, but you don’t have to go it alone. Let me be the light to guide you.”

Skilled in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, Chelsea is trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Recovery Empowerment Model (TREM), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). Her clinical expertise spans a wide range of mental health diagnoses, with a particular focus on adolescents in both individual and group settings. Chelsea’s warm, nonjudgmental approach fosters a safe space for clients to explore their challenges and build resilience.

In addition to her current work, Chelsea is passionate about advancing her knowledge and skills in Psychedelic Assisted Therapy (PAT). She aspires to become a certified facilitator in this emerging field, combining her therapeutic expertise with innovative approaches to support profound healing and transformation. I am a dedicated mental health therapist who brings a unique combination of lived experience, cultural insight, and professional expertise to my practice. As a former resilience instructor in the U.S. Army and a combat veteran of Iraq, I have a deep understanding of trauma, resilience, and personal transformation. My global experiences and immersion in diverse cultures have shaped my identity as a compassionate, culturally sensitive therapist who values and embraces the richness of each person’s background and story.

My therapeutic approach is rooted in a client-centered, strength-based philosophy that honors your unique journey. I draw from a variety of evidence-based modalities, including Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Prolonged Exposure Therapy, and, when requested, a Theistic-centered approach that integrates your spiritual beliefs into the therapeutic process.
