I am currently in the final year of my Master’s program in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Grand Canyon University. With a background in Exercise and Wellness from Brigham Young University, I take a holistic approach to mental health, integrating physical well-being with emotional and mental health to help clients thrive in all areas of their lives.

In my practice, I use person-centered therapy to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where individuals can freely explore their thoughts and emotions. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, and other mental health challenges, tailoring my approach to meet each person’s unique needs. Using a strengths-based perspective, I focus on empowering clients to tap into their inner strengths and resources, guiding them toward meaningful and lasting change.

I am passionate about helping my clients live their happiest, healthiest lives. I love supporting individuals in discovering their core values and aligning their lives with those values. With a compassionate and empathetic approach, I strive to ensure every client feels heard, understood, and supported on their journey toward personal growth and well-being.
