Hi! I am excited to start this journey with you towards personal insight, healing and authentic living. As your therapist I am committed to providing support without the fear of judgment or criticism. I understand that therapy can be uncomfortable to start and I am dedicated to providing a safe and comfortable space where you feel seen, heard, understood and fully accepted. My philosophy is that you have the answers and tools within yourself to create a life full of meaning and connection. I am a strong believer in your innate worth as a person and my role as your therapist will be as your guide and companion as you go through this journey of personal growth and self-discovery!
I use a variety of therapeutic modalities in my counseling sessions, including Interpersonal Process, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems and Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I have experience working with individuals that are struggling with a history of trauma, depression, anxiety as well as other mental health disorders. I’m excited to begin this journey with you and I’m happy to answer any questions you may have!
