We as people tend to become comfortable with behaviors that make us uncomfortable. Typically, we're drawn to the easy and familiar instead of things that might be good for us. This is where anxiety, depression, trauma and addiction thrive. If you're reading this, you have already taken the first step toward becoming a better, more confident, and more satisfied version of yourself.
Talk therapy is great and it helps a lot of people, but I try to take it a step further. I use psychoeducation to help you understand where your issues are stemming from and why you are feeling the way you are. Then using research-based and science-backed techniques, we will get to the root of your issues and fix them. I'm proud of you for looking for help and I am honored that you would consider me as someone who can help you through your journey. Together, we will create a plan to get you comfortable with the best version of you that you can be.
Outside of the office, I love collecting things such as movies, vinyl records, CDs, and cologne. I value time with my family and close friends. I'm a big Utah Jazz fan and watch almost every game with my Grandpa.
