I’m Allison Peterson, a master’s student at National University, working toward my license in Marriage and Family Therapy. I specialize in Sex Therapy and am passionate about helping individuals and couples navigate intimacy challenges to build stronger, more meaningful connections. My warm sense of humor and deep empathy allow me to create a safe and welcoming space for those seeking solutions, personal growth, and healing.

As someone who has faced my own challenges, I have a heartfelt understanding of the complexities families experience during difficult times. I’m especially passionate about supporting families through these moments, helping them discover resilience and harmony together.

I was born and raised in Utah and have always cherished the beauty of the mountains. I’ve been married for over 21 years and am a proud mom of six amazing kids. I find joy in life’s simple pleasures—whether it’s soaking in the serenity of a quiet stream or embracing the beautiful chaos of my busy household. When I’m not studying or working with clients, you can often find me building projects with my kids (power tools make me feel empowered!) or spending time with our many beloved pets.

My approach to therapy is rooted in genuine connection. I believe in empowering others to live fuller, more authentic lives. Whether you’re navigating personal struggles, relationship challenges, or simply need a supportive space to be heard, I’m here to walk alongside you on your journey to healing and growth.
