About Me: Hey! My name is Tim Fasano and I am a clinical social worker here at Meadowbrook. Compassion is at the heart of my therapeutic approach as I seek to combine authentic encounters with evidence-based techniques to meet you where you are and to support you in creating real and attainable goals. My approach is trauma-informed and utilizes techniques from such approaches as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and various mindfulness and somatic-based approaches to name a few.

Cultural humility is integral to my work and I value working with individuals from a variety of demographic backgrounds. With a deep-rooted passion for helping others navigate life's challenges, I offer care for individuals facing a variety of challenges, including trauma, PTSD, depression, grief, faith-journey challenges, anxiety, ADHD, oppositional defiant disorder, parent-child conflict, obsessive-compulsive disorder, borderline personality disorder, schizophrenia spectrum disorders, and other mental health challenges.
