Tasia has also worked extensively with children and teens that have experienced trauma, ruptured attachments, and/or families in crisis. Tasia is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a technique that she incorporates while using Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Sand Tray Therapy, and/or Art and Play Therapy during her sessions.

From an early age, Tasia has been interested in people and knew early on that she wanted to make a difference in people’s lives. She received her Bachelor's in Business Administration and worked

at an adoption agency as an International Program Coordinator. It was there that she realized she wanted to expand her knowledge and continue her education in social work. Tasia now has a passion for helping her clients understand their worth and inner strength to help overcome various challenges and life circumstances.

In her spare time, Tasia enjoys reading and snuggling with her cats, Maisie and Juniper. She also enjoys crafting, hiking, rock climbing, camping, traveling to new places, and going on adventures with her husband.
