I understand that life doesn’t always go as planned and that navigating change can feel overwhelming. My goal is to create a safe, judgment-free space where you can show up as your authentic self and feel empowered to face life’s challenges with confidence and resilience.
I’m currently in my final year at the University of the Cumberlands, pursuing a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. My focus is on supporting adolescents and adults through depression, anxiety, grief, loss, and significant life transitions.
In therapy, I take an integrated approach, combining person-centered techniques with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). This allows me to tailor each session to your unique needs and goals, helping foster personal growth and meaningful change.
I’m passionate about providing a warm, empathetic, and supportive environment where you feel truly seen and valued. Together, we can navigate your challenges and work toward healing, self-discovery, and a more fulfilling life.
