I am a graduate student in Marriage and Family Therapy, passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges with compassion and care. My academic journey began with a bachelor’s degree in mathematics, which sharpened my ability to analyze and approach complex relational dynamics with clarity and precision—skills I now bring into the therapy room.
In addition to my academic training, I have over three years of experience in trauma-informed care, complemented by certifications in the Healing Trauma Program and Crucial Conversations. My volunteer work as a family mentor for refugee families and with Crisis Text Line has further deepened my understanding of providing compassionate support during critical moments.
I specialize in helping clients improve communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen their relationships. Whether addressing issues like anxiety, depression, or family transitions, I integrate evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals.
Above all, I am committed to creating a supportive and empathetic space where clients feel truly seen and heard. Together, we can explore challenges, celebrate strengths, and work toward building healthier relationships and a more balanced, harmonious life.
