I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate with a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwest University. My therapeutic approach is grounded in relational therapy, emphasizing walking alongside my clients through their personal journeys. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where individuals can openly explore their thoughts, feelings, and challenges.
Drawing from Internal Family Systems therapy, somatic-informed practices, and Emotion-Focused therapy, I help clients understand and harmonize different parts of themselves, promoting internal balance and resilience. With a collaborative focus, I work closely with clients to delve into their thoughts and emotions, uncovering the influences behind their current behaviors and enhancing their self-awareness.
I have experience supporting diverse populations, including women, individuals, LGBTQ+ teens, and families. I adeptly address challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues, empowering clients by recognizing their strengths and fostering a deeper sense of security and self-compassion. Emphasizing a light-hearted, interactive process tailored to individual needs, I offer tools, techniques, and knowledge for healing and growth. My ultimate goal is to help clients achieve greater peace, connection, and authenticity.
