Over the past 12 years, he has diligently cultivated the expertise required to assist individuals and couples in shaping the lives they aspire to lead. His core belief centers on the idea that every person possesses the innate strength and capacity to forge a joyful and meaningful life, irrespective of their current circumstances. He acknowledges that during times of profound challenge and adversity, the prospect of such transformation may appear daunting and elusive, yet he emphasizes that this is entirely normal. It is precisely in these moments that counseling can play a pivotal role.

His role as a counselor is to guide individuals in tapping into and rediscovering their inherent abilities, empowering them to create the desired outcomes and cultivate fulfilling relationships. This involves delving into the intricacies of the mind's inner workings, what he refers to as the 'Mechanics,' and assisting individuals in developing effective strategies to navigate their cognitive processes, denoted as the 'Methods.' This foundational approach serves as the bedrock for achieving the desired results and nurturing meaningful relationships. As individuals apply the insights they gain about themselves and others, one step at a time, they gradually build momentum toward the life they aspire to lead.

He offers individual counseling sessions aimed at addressing stress, anxiety, and concerns related to work, health, finances, spirituality/religion, or any habits that may obstruct personal growth, such as excessive media consumption or addictive behaviors like pornography or overeating.

Furthermore, he extends his expertise to working with couples, collaboratively assisting them in navigating their relationships and either constructing anew or rebuilding their lives together, should that be their shared objective.

For those ready to embark on their journey towards personal growth and improved relationships, he encourages reaching out to Meadowbrook Counseling to initiate the transformative work ahead.

Philosophy of Care

Her counseling style is warm and interactive. She believes in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and does not support the use of stigmatizing labels. Her therapeutic approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psycho-dynamic, and Jungian psychotherapy techniques. She's acutely aware of the importance of creating and maintaining a safe, welcoming, and comforting environment for the therapeutic process. She tailors each session and the treatment plan to meet her clients' unique and specific goals. Recognizing that each individual has a distinct story shaped by their personal experiences, she understands that many are seeking clarity on aspects of their stories that might currently feel perplexing or deeply unsettling. Collaboratively, she works with each client to uncover the unique influences of their life experiences. She holds the belief that the therapeutic process will deepen a client's understanding of these factors, and as these insights begin to interlock like pieces of a puzzle, a holistic sense of understanding, healing, growth, and self-awareness emerges. These moments are the transformative junctures of self-realization!
