Josh has extensive training in couples therapy, helping partners break dysfunctional interaction patterns, improve communication, and build healthier, happier, and more secure relationships.
Josh also specializes in helping individuals, couples, and families heal from the impacts of sexual addiction, including shame, betrayal trauma, and infidelity.
Josh integrates therapeutic approaches such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and is trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and Gottman Levels I and II.
Josh holds a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Utah State University and a Bachelor’s in Psychology with a minor in Family Life from Brigham Young University.
