I am currently completing my master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Capella University. With a compassionate and non-judgmental approach, I strive to create a safe and supportive space where clients can explore their authentic selves and address the challenges weighing on their hearts. My goal is to foster an environment of trust and understanding, helping clients break down barriers and find pathways to healing and growth.
I believe that small steps can lead to meaningful transformations, and I am passionate about empowering clients to harness their existing strengths to create the lives and relationships they desire. My own journey of healing through therapy inspired me to pursue a career in mental health, and I am deeply committed to providing the same impactful, meaningful support to others.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in Family Life Studies and have extensive experience working with individuals and families in my community. I have taught parenting, relationship, and child development courses and served as a mentor for teens transitioning out of residential treatment, including many transgender youth. Additionally, I have experience supporting clients navigating faith transitions and deconstruction.
I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds and circumstances. I consider it an honor to walk alongside my clients on their healing journeys, helping them feel heard, validated, and empowered to embrace change and authenticity.
