I have been involved in the mental health field professionally for over 7 years in various capacities and roles. I have worked across the lifespan in working with babies to the elderly in numerous settings such as schools, residential treatment, autism services, and outpatient therapy.

I especially enjoy working with children and families, assisting in reunification, behavioral issues, attachment injury issues, as well as working with maternal health issues.

I view each client and family through a strength-based perspective that focuses on their strengths and successes. I utilize evidence-based therapeutic models such as Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Play Therapy, and Family Teaching Model. I view myself as an eclectic clinician when it comes to my therapeutic approach. By being this way, it allows me to help clients in a way that best suits them and their individual needs.
