I am a Clinical Mental Health Counseling intern with a deep passion for helping individuals navigate the complexities of life. After earning my undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Utah, I spent years exploring the intersection of motherhood and mental health, which continues to inspire my work. I have a compassionate approach to supporting people struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, faith transitions, or feeling stuck during difficult moments. While I am especially passionate about working with women, I am excited to work with teens and adults of all ages and backgrounds.

In therapy, I draw from attachment theory, but I firmly believe in an integrated, client-centered approach to ensure that every person feels truly seen and heard. Since therapy is never one-size-fits-all, I focus on helping my clients find a treatment modality that resonates with who they are. I believe that individuals have the power within themselves to overcome life’s challenges, and my role is to help them unlock that power. I practice radical acceptance and hope to guide my clients toward embracing themselves with the same level of compassion and love.

Outside of my work, I’m a proud mother of three teens and love spending time with my kids and my dog, Millie.
