I believe therapy works best when it is built on safety, empathy, and empowerment to create change. I use a strengths-based, and non-judgemental approach to help individuals find healing guided by their comfort level. I love helping clients further understand themselves, find solutions, and move forward from difficult experiences.

Since everyone is unique, I utilize a variety of treatment modalities based on each client’s specific needs and concerns. Some of these modalities include: dialectical behavioral therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and internal family systems in my work. I specialize in trauma and am passionate about helping my clients process difficult experiences, and reconnect to their authentic self.

I have experience working with clients who are dealing with anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar, domestic violence, sexual assault, sex trafficking, and LGBTQ+ issues. I have worked with adults, adolescents, and children, and have additional experience in crisis intervention, advocacy, and the criminal justice/legal system in Utah.

I truly believe therapy can be an influential experience for healing and growth. Whether you are looking to process trauma, navigate difficult relationships, or find positive coping skills, I am here to help. No matter what your experience is, I would love to work with you!
