Hi, I’m Morgan Ayers, a compassionate and experienced therapist dedicated to helping teens and adults navigate life’s challenges with resilience and self-discovery. I specialize in anxiety, depression, burnout, eating disorders, faith transitions, life changes, and relationship issues, and I bring a warm, inclusive, and nonjudgmental approach to my practice. I welcome clients of all religious, ethnic, and cultural backgrounds, as well as all sexual orientations and gender identities, because I believe everyone deserves a safe and affirming space to heal and grow.
I deeply believe in the power of holistic mental health care, and I integrate evidence-based therapies tailored to your unique needs. My practice is rooted in a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), which helps you build practical skills while fostering self-compassion and emotional growth. To me, therapy is an essential part of life—a space to explore the full spectrum of human emotions, heal from pain, and cultivate meaning and purpose.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent 14 years as an elementary school teacher, where I honed my ability to connect with others, nurture growth, and empower individuals to overcome challenges. That experience taught me the importance of meeting people where they are and supporting them as they uncover their strengths and values. My approach is grounded in the belief that emotional healing and personal development go hand in hand, and I’m passionate about guiding you as you build goals for the future, practice acceptance of the present, and discover your authentic self.
I’m known for my warmth, empathy, and genuine care, and I’m committed to helping you feel seen, heard, and supported as you navigate life’s complexities. Whether you’re facing a specific challenge or seeking deeper self-understanding, I’m here to walk alongside you with compassion and expertise.
Taking the first step toward growth and healing can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. I’d be honored to be part of your journey. Let’s work together to create a life that feels meaningful and fulfilling.
