Hi, I’m Klaudia, a licensed associate therapist with a holistic, person-centered approach to healing. I’m passionate about working with individuals who are navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, life transitions, and the often transformative process of self-discovery. My practice is centered on the belief that true healing goes beyond simply addressing the symptoms—it involves nurturing and learning the way energy moves within the whole person: mind, body, and spirit.
I understand that each person’s journey is very unique to their experiences, and I approach therapy with deep empathy and respect for your individual experiences. Whether you’re facing a difficult life transition or working through past trauma, my aim is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered. Together, as a collaborative team, we’ll explore your challenges, uncover your strengths, and help you discover the tools needed to move forward with confidence and clear perspective.
In our work together, I blend traditional therapeutic techniques with holistic practices, recognizing that healing involves more than just the mind—it’s about reconnecting with yourself and finding balance in every aspect of your life. I look forward to walking alongside you on this journey of growth, healing, and self-discovery.
I hold a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California. During my internship at Arizona Catholic Charities, I had the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, assisting them in navigating challenges such as trauma, depression, grief, domestic abuse, sexual abuse, and life transitions.
