Jennifer earned a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and a Master of Science in Computer Information Systems, as well as her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She understands how beginning therapy for the first time or re-entering therapy can be a stressful experience. Finding a qualified therapist is important, but you also want to find a therapist you connect with personally and who you can trust with your thoughts and feelings. Jennifer’s education gives her the qualifications, but her life experience provides the connection and empathy needed to guide or support you as we explore together the challenges that brought you to therapy and how to overcome them.
Jennifer has worked with children, adolescents, and adults from all backgrounds with issues including but not limited to depression, anxiety, stress management, anger, relationship issues, and major life changes. She recognizes that each individual has their own experiences and perceptions and is prepared to walk that journey of self-exploration, rethinking, and successful healing. Maybe you’re just looking for a safe place to talk and feel heard, an opportunity to solve problems and learn new skills, or someone to challenge your thinking and perspective. Whatever your destination, we can get there together.
