Sometimes, life can feel as if we are sitting in the deep end of the ocean, unable to breathe. Having a trusted confidant sit with you in that deep end, showing you the tools to breathe and how they work, does wonders. I understand the value of such moments and am dedicated to creating the space necessary for clients to navigate life's challenges.
I believe in utilizing an interdependent approach to healing, employing techniques that are person-centered and solution-focused, as well as incorporating methods from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
Specializing in individual, couples, and family counseling, I address a wide range of issues, including depression, anxiety, life transitions, relational conflicts, and family dynamic concerns. I warmly welcome clients aged four and above into my practice.
I hold an undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University and am completing my master's degree at Lamar University. My diverse academic background, combined with my personal experiences and empathetic nature, allows me to offer solid support for those in need of relationship restoration, whether with themselves or others.
Outside of my professional life, I enjoy [insert hobbies/interests here], which help me maintain a balanced and fulfilling life. My passion for helping others extends beyond the therapy room, as I actively participate in community outreach programs and continue to seek out opportunities for personal and professional growth.
I am committed to providing a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive environment where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings. I consider it a privilege to be part of their journey towards healing and self-discovery, and I look forward to helping you achieve your goals and improve your well-being.
