Hello! My name is Chloé Woods, and I am a dedicated therapist at Meadowbrook Counseling in Logan. Holding a Master of Social Work from Utah State University, I am deeply passionate about supporting individuals, couples, and families through their mental health journeys. In addition to my general practice, I specialize in working with survivors of sexual assault, providing a safe and nurturing space for healing and growth.
My therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing from evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to tailor treatment to each client's unique needs. I also offer counseling for couples, guiding them through challenges and fostering healthier, more fulfilling relationships.
Outside of my professional endeavors, I find joy in spending quality time with my family, indulging in movies, immersing myself in books, and strumming tunes on my guitar. I eagerly anticipate the opportunity to connect with you and embark on a journey toward healing and self-discovery together.
