I am currently completing the final year of my Master of Social Work program at Utah Valley University, after earning a bachelor’s degree in Family Science with a minor in Psychology in 2022. My therapeutic approach is grounded in strength-based, client-centered, and mindfulness practices. I am committed to creating a safe, non-judgmental environment where clients feel comfortable expressing themselves, exploring their emotions, and addressing personal challenges.

I believe that every individual possesses an innate capacity for growth and resilience. By helping clients tap into their inner strengths, I strive to empower them to navigate adversity and lead fulfilling lives. During my undergraduate journey, I discovered a deep passion for connecting with people and recognized the growing need for more compassionate professionals in the mental health field. This realization drives my commitment to supporting individuals at all stages of life. My goal is to provide personalized care tailored to each client’s unique needs, fostering healing and promoting personal growth.
