Hello, my name is Aliyah. I am known for my warm, empathetic, and nonjudgmental approach, creating a safe and supportive space where children, adolescents, and adults can explore their emotions, strengthen communication, and build healthier relationships. I strive to foster an environment of trust and understanding, guiding my clients through challenges with compassion and expertise.
With specialized experience in conflict resolution, trauma-informed care, depression, anxiety, faith transitions, grief, multicultural competence, and mindfulness-based interventions, I tailor therapy to meet each client’s unique needs. My integrative approach helps individuals, couples, and families navigate personal growth, heal emotional wounds, and cultivate lasting change.
I earned my undergraduate degree in Psychology from Utah Valley University and am currently in the final year of my master’s program in Marriage and Family Therapy at Touro University. With a deep understanding of human behavior and relational dynamics, I incorporate evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Family Systems Theory, the Gottman Method, and Gestalt Therapy.
Passionate about fostering emotional resilience and personal transformation, I empower my clients with the tools and insights needed to overcome challenges, deepen self-awareness, and nurture meaningful connections. Whether navigating relational struggles, life transitions, or mental health concerns, I am committed to helping my clients create a more fulfilling, balanced, and joyful life.
