Morgan Ogden
Life is incredibly complex, and as life becomes more complex, humans become even more complicated. Morgan believes that inner peace and happiness in life arise when individuals are able to face reality and see it as it really is. Sometimes past experiences and expectations muddy our sense of identity and prevent us from seeing who we truly are. The quicker we are able to clear this fog, the sooner we are able to develop the inner peace that comes from living authentically. Morgan holds an MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Rocky Mountain University with an Undergraduate degree in Psychology from Utah Valley University. He has multiple years of experience working in residential treatment with co-occurring disorders (Depression, Anxiety, PTSD to name a few). His primary passion involves working with trauma for teens and adults, using modalities such as EMDR, Neurofeedback, and Narrative Therapy. He also utilizes Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Person-Centered Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
He would like to mention that he fully loves what he does! However, your time together will be fully centered on you. Morgan believes the most influential and insightful knowledge will come from within you as you meet together. He is excited and dedicated to serve you as a humble guide and resource for every step of the way! He would love to be a part of your journey at Meadowbrook.
