My door is open to anyone, though I naturally speak the language of men who cannot voice what they're feeling, moms craving meaning outside of others, teens tired of lectures, and people who feel "too much" for the rest of the world. I have been on food stamps and survived the gig economy. I built and left a fintech career, turned down law school, rebuilt my faith, and raised a family. I know what it means to be in a body, survive the scream, question everything you thought you knew, and become a person. When you sit down with me, you are the focus. Come as you are today: tired, questioning, ready for change, broken, nervous, or just curious.
