I work with children, individuals, and couples navigating trauma, attachment concerns, anxiety, and relationship challenges. Using an Internal Family Systems (IFS) informed and trauma-informed approach, I help clients understand how past experiences shape present patterns. I collaborate with clients to build emotional safety, self-compassion, and resilience, supporting meaningful and lasting change. In my work with couples, I focus on strengthening communication, deepening emotional attunement, and helping partners move from reactive cycles toward more secure and connected relationships. My approach is warm, relational, and grounded, and I'm committed to creating a space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow.

Lacey is a master’s level social work clinician with experience supporting clients through life transitions, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, emotional overwhelm, chronic illness, and the lasting effects of trauma. She has experience helping children and adolescents build emotional awareness, healthy coping skills, and identity development. Lacey is also especially passionate about supporting women as they navigate anxiety, relationships, self-worth, motherhood, and healing from difficult experiences with greater resilience and self-compassion. She also works with couples on relationship challenges by strengthening communication, connection, and emotional understanding. Lacey approaches therapy through a relational and trauma-informed lens, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) informed techniques, art therapy, mindfulness, and psychoeducation. She values authenticity, collaboration, curiosity, and even moments of humor throughout the healing process. Lacey understands that reaching out for help can be a courageous step, and she deeply appreciates the vulnerability the therapeutic process requires. She believes no one should navigate difficult experiences alone, and it is a privilege for her to walk alongside individuals as they move toward healing, self-understanding, and meaningful change. I work with a wide range of clients and particularly enjoy supporting teens, young adults, women, men, and couples navigating depression, anxiety, body image concerns, marital challenges, and life transitions. I believe every person brings their own story, strengths, and capacity for change into the therapy room. My approach draws from multiple evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), always adapting to what fits best for each individual. I take a strengths-based, lifespan perspective, meeting clients wherever they are in their journey. Above all, I am committed to creating a space where clients feel genuinely heard and safe enough to do real work. I know that asking for help takes courage, and I don't take that lightly. Growing up in Alaska gave me a deep love of the outdoors and an appreciation for resilience, both of which naturally carry into my work with clients. Outside of the office, I stay active, prioritize my health and fitness, and cherish time with my husband and our six kids.
