Life can be so complicated and painful at times. I love helping people find clarity and peace amidst the challenges they face. I deeply value the client’s experience and prefer a collaborative approach. I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families and being a part of their healing journey.
I am a second-year Master's level intern pursuing a Marriage and Family Therapy degree from Utah Valley University. I completed my Bachelors Degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Studies.
With 2 years of experience working at a residential treatment center and over 6 years working for a local university, I have experience with a variety of concerns including depression, anxiety, self-harm, suicidality, family relationship issues, and trauma. I work from a systemic perspective and I utilize Emotionally Focused Therapy as well as other evidence-based models.
I genuinely believe that people can experience healing when they feel safe, supported, and connected. I’d love to be a part of your healing experience at Meadowbrook.
